Use cash to fix the flooding
IN response to Tesco in Kidderminster introducing a new parking scheme, they should use whatever money they are putting into this scheme and do something more worthwhile like fixing the car park to prevent flooding.
After a downpour today. It was ankle-deep in places. I had to walk through it to get to my car.
The flooding in the car park has been a problem for years.
