What if someone gets hurt on seats?
IN LAST week’s Shuttle I read with interest that councillors have no problem with the “eyesore” seats.
Presumably they, rather than the ratepayers, will cover compensation costs personally if anyone is injured.
The project managers are bound to defend their actions, so please get Health and Safety involved.
