A CHARITY golf day has brought in £270, organised by a man whose wife is being treated at the Millbrook Suite for terminal cancer.
Trevor Price, director of NRG Business Networks for the South West Midlands, decided to dedicate the annual event to the Millbrook Appeal this year.
Mr Price’s wife, Christine, receives chemotherapy at the Millbrook Suite every week for pancreatic cancer.
He explained: “Her treatment is designed to stabilise her condition to prolong her time with us. The suite is marvellous and the staff fantastic but it is in need of a serious renovation.”
