A new housing development in a village near Stourport has almost sold out of its "low maintenance" properties.

Worcestershire firm, Fisher German, has been appointed by Elan Homes to sell the remaining properties at the Three Js development on Clows Top Road in Abberley.

Most of the 26 homes have now been sold with the final properties available including two-bedroom Brocton-style properties priced from £259,995 and a three-bedroom Ledbury from £279,995.

Elan regional sales director, Tracey Ball, said: "Most of the 26 homes at Three Js have now been sold and are now occupied. We have a small number of two and three-bedroom homes available and as we've worked closely with Fisher German on a number of projects, they were a natural choice to market our final homes in Abberley.

"Their knowledge of the housing market is a real asset and they'll be able to help those with a house to sell secure a buyer to facilitate a move. We're confident that with their support, we'll soon be celebrating a sell-out success at Three Js."

More than 40 per cent of the new development is made up of green open space including a wildflower meadow and central community orchard.

The Abberley Circular Route is nearby providing an opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside.

National new homes manager at Fisher German, Ella Pearson, said: "We are delighted to have been instructed by Elan Homes to market the remaining four homes at the Three Js development in Abberley.

"It is a highly desirable village combining a beautiful rural location with excellent accessibility to nearby Kidderminster, Worcester and Birmingham."
