Police have launched an appeal following a theft from a car in Kidderminster. 

A catalytic converter was stolen from the vehicle between 9pm on Wednesday, January 3 and 6.30am on Thursday, January 2 whilst it was parked on Park Lane. 

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft, or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

"We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
