A Kidderminster law firm has won a trio of honours at a Worcestershire awards ceremony.

The team at mfg Solicitors won three prestigious prizes at the Worcestershire Law Society Award ceremony last month to top off a strong year for the company.

The agriculture and rural affairs team, led by Alexandra Phillips, took home ‘Discipline of the Year’ for its hard work advising farmers, landowners and rural businesses across the UK.

Victoria Wall, a solicitor within the contentious probate department, won ‘Junior Solicitor of the Year’ whilst operations assistant, Jordan Golding, earned the ‘Administrator of the Year’ prize.

Chairman of mfg Solicitors, Iain Morrison, said: “The society’s annual ceremony is a highlight in Worcestershire’s business calendar, so we’re delighted to come away with three awards.

“First and foremost, Victoria and Jordan are two outstanding members of our team in Kidderminster and they impress every day supporting clients and partners with absolute professionalism. I was thrilled to see them both recognised and I know it means so much to them.

“Our agriculture and rural affairs department goes from strength to strength. It’s a team I myself led for well over a decade so I know the hard work, long hours and dedication that goes in from every single member of the team including support staff.”

The Worcestershire Law Society was formed in 1841 to support and promote the legal profession nationally.

The awards this year were hosted by the president of the association, Andrew Chandler, at Worcester’s Bank House Hotel with over 200 guests attending.
