A KIDDERMINSTER school production which took many months to bring to life has been hailed a total success.
Senior school students at Kidderminster’s Holy Trinity School performed musical ‘Hairspray’ to a packed audience for its three-night run from Thursday, November 20, to Saturday, November 22.
Produced and directed by the school’s Deputy Head and Head of Music, Mrs Vikki Vincent, and Head of Drama, Miss Hannah Welsh, with lighting, stage decoration and scenery provided by the school’s student Tech Club, under the supervision of Mrs Lindsey Schofield.
Over 40 students were involved in recreating the West End classic in the heart of Kidderminster.
Mrs Vincent said: “A truly fantastic effort by all and a huge vote of thanks must go to all our actors and stage crew behind the scenes.
“The autumn production is now over, but we are already focusing on future shows of equal theatrical magnitude.”
