A CAROL singing trip by enthusiastic Marlpool First School pupils helped kick off the Yuletide season for some elderly neighbours. The choir made the short trip to entertain people at Brydon House residential home to help spread some Christmas cheer.
Sarah Power, head at the Marlpool Lane school, said: "It was just wonderful. It was the first time we have done something like this and I am sure we will do it many more times in the future."
